Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to learnaisingapore.one and enrolment in vocational learning tracks offered by Learn AI Singapore Pte. Ltd. at our Fusionopolis learning studio or online formats. By using the site or paying fees in SGD, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Who we are

Learn AI Singapore Pte. Ltd., UEN 202518921M, registered in Singapore. Address: 1 Fusionopolis Place, #07-10 Galaxis, Singapore 138522. Contact: [email protected]. We are a private training provider — not MOE, not a university, not a government agency.

3. Services described

We deliver instructional learning tracks covering generative AI literacy, prompt crafting, AI-assisted workflow, and human review practices. Deliverables include live cohort sessions, self-paced modules, weekend intensives, corporate workshops, optional skills reviews, and alumni forums as described on /services.php and /programs.php.

4. Enrolment & fees

Fees are quoted in SGD unless stated otherwise. Payment confirms seat allocation subject to availability. Corporate invoices require valid purchase orders where applicable. SkillsFuture subsidies apply only when explicitly marked on a written outline — generic website text is not an offer of subsidy.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cohort cancellations more than fourteen days before start: full refund minus payment processing fees. Seven to fourteen days: fifty percent credit toward a future learning track. Less than seven days: no refund unless we cancel. Weekend intensives and corporate workshops may carry distinct schedules stated in your quotation.

6. Learner conduct

You agree to respectful participation, confidentiality of other learners' shared work, and compliance with studio rules at Galaxis. Harassment or misuse of AI tools to generate harmful content during sessions may result in removal without refund.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials, facilitator guides, and site content belong to Learn AI Singapore Pte. Ltd. or licensors. You receive a personal licence to use handouts for your own work. You may not resell materials, run competing courses using our packs, or scrape site content at scale.

8. Certificates

Certificates attest attendance and assessment within our learning tracks. They are not MOE qualifications, university credit, or professional licences. Employers may value them as evidence of vocational training — we make no guarantee they will.

9. Disclaimers

Instruction discusses ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and similar AI tools. Outputs can be wrong, biased, or outdated. You must perform AI output verification before relying on results in work or business. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or employment advice.

We do not guarantee job offers, salary increases, business revenue, or regulatory approvals. Success depends on your effort and external market conditions in Singapore and beyond.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, our aggregate liability arising from any learning track or website use is limited to fees you paid us for that specific service in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or for actions you take based on AI tool outputs.

11. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of course materials, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use of AI tools after instruction.

12. Website use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or use automated scraping that impairs site performance. Contact forms must not be spammed; honeypot fields must remain empty.

13. Privacy & PDPA

Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie choices follow our Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update Terms; the date above will change. Continued enrolment after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

17. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control — including government restrictions, utility failures, or widespread network outages affecting AI tool vendors. We will offer rescheduling or credit where sessions cannot run.

18. Third-party AI platforms

Learning tracks demonstrate ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Gemini under your or our trial accounts. Their terms bind you separately. We are not responsible for vendor outages, policy changes, or account suspensions resulting from your misuse outside classroom guidance.

19. Assignment

You may not transfer enrolment without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to a successor entity in a merger or asset sale with notice to active learners.

20. Severability & waiver

If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce one breach does not waive future enforcement.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms, your written quotation for corporate workshops, and enrolment confirmations form the entire agreement. Website marketing is illustrative; confirmed outlines prevail on scope, dates, and SGD fees.

22. Studio access & safety

Physical sessions at Galaxis, Fusionopolis require badge registration. Follow building security directions and emergency exits posted on level seven. We may refuse entry if you arrive impaired or disruptive. Personal laptops are welcome; secure your devices — we are not liable for unattended property.

23. Online participation

Remote cohort links are personal — do not share publicly. Recording sessions without facilitator consent is prohibited. You are responsible for stable internet and quiet environment; we are not obliged to re-run exercises missed due to your connectivity issues.

24. Alumni forum rules

Forum posts must stay professional. No spam, harassment, or sharing another learner's confidential work. Moderators may remove content or suspend access without refund of optional forum fees.

25. Language

These Terms are written in English for Singapore business use. Translated summaries for convenience do not override the English version if they conflict.
